Don't take sides. Be a mediator and not a dictator. Both parties must enter with the knowing there is a solution and the issue/issues will be resolved. Must be a Win-Win for all for the business to move ahead and have working relationships and good work environments. Both staffs must give solutions to the issue/issues. Make sure that all the required with regards to the issue/issues is collected so that this can be dealt with once. Sometimes these conflicts depending on the level they at can take one or tow meeting so that both parties have the right to present the problems. Listen communicate and advise and take a discussion at the end.
