Sleep first. That should be the priority which you can give yourself if possible if you are home or after going home. Then would you be able to take decisions wisely, after proper rest for stress caused out of being very upset.

I am very practical in terms of my work and personal life the moment I enter my working hours I leave my Ego & Emotions at the corner and start being a person who is having a set moto on which he is working no matter whats going around, yes personal life is very important and I beleive it effects your daily life but the moment you have control over it, it's actually very easy to be calm.

I have observed few people doing something what they like when they are upset, may be they will have just a cup of coffee or by easting something, this makes them calm.

If he know the reason, all problems will be finished

why i am upset

1) the problem is personal

2) the problem is between me and another person

3) the problem is in my work or in my career

4) the problem is public

5) there is no problem at all

6) all previous choices

once upon you know the problem direction, think positively and you will figure out ways to overcome all your problems and solutions to prevent them from beginning

Personally I would take a few breaths and excuse myself before i walk away, this helps me to get some space with myself and deal with my emotions and it also gives me time to decide on how i will respond on what made me upset

I always imagine a dust storm outside and I close the glass window so that I can see the glass storm but never allow it to influence me. In other words, keep always keen on Allah and keep concentrated on your task without being influenced by outside causes.

I would think always: It could be worse! Then I quickly sit down to break down the problems into manageable pieces and solve them. It's part of the challenge that life throws at you to learn from
