But I couldn't imagine Leader without imagination, May be a Manager !
The person being a Manager if he is not capable of imagining things he will not be creative and due to lack of understanding he will never be able to motivate the team in a positive way which is very important, no matter which segment you work in so it's very obvious due to the lack of creativity he will exploit his collaborators being unknown to the fact.
if he was a manager .. don`t stress your self
if he was a leader he will talk about his
Success - Unsuccess - Happiness - his failures with all to make awareness rather than share it
in this case you`ll find him asking
he will set meeting for all team member
he `ll take all team members outside work inviroment for a dinner or for doing some activities or sport
he `ll break the ice between all of member he `ll break the rotine
simplly he `ll ask
A manager or a leader can exploit creativity of his collaborators by opening the organization to diverse prospectives and drawing the right mind, this is because diverse enhances creativity.the collaborators will be comfortable intergrating multiple identities and contribute to imagination. the manager will now prioritise the projects to be done and assign to the collaborators and at the end the managers are not the source of the idea but are just drawing from the right mind
