What do you like work on site or in office?

I like to work both in office and site. 

in my opinion, the work on site is more practical, it is an opportunity to master the constraints met and the appropriate solutions to solve the problems.

on the other hand, there was the chance to exchange experiences

I like to create balance between the office and site.

i like to work in office , and follow up the work on site from time to time.
