In general the factor that affects on the choice is lack of knowledge to develop the appropriate methods and criteria to selection the best candidate in the right place as they are still learning how to put weight for each criteria and what methods to use for the candidater in terms that there are a difference in the way that choosing an executive director and choose a department manager or branch. And also the mistakes that effects on selection are the generalization of a particular description in one candidate on all applicants and forget the basic requirements for job. And the bias based on race, gender or nationality or ..... ext. And also the mood during the process of the interview and the marking of the applicants in terms of happiness or sadness or .. ...ext. And also the role of mediator in the selection. And the effects of time pressure, cost pressure and if all applicants are excellent or bad
