Broadly two method use to resolve conflicts we can discuss their benefit and loss  

Method 1  

Sit with both parties hear their version of statement. Analyse and investigate reach on finding and take decision within framework of organization and inform every party accordingly, if require introduce or update process and system to avoid future conflicts.

Pros-

1-      System generated will defined approach

2-      Quick result

3-      Decision can be refer for afterwards

4-      Easy to record

5-      Suitable for big organization

Cons

1-      Parties feel forced to follow orders

2-      Authoritative approach

 

 Method 1  

Sit with both parties hear their version of statement motivate them to hear each other point of view and ask them to reach on mutual point where issue can be settled .

Pros-

1-      Very democratic approach

2-      Good for small organization

3-      Improve relation between peoples

 

Cons

1-      Non systematic approach

2-      Time consuming    

3-      Difficult to record

After knowing of the conflict,

call the two employees involved and listen to both sides of their story, never take sides

After listening to them identify the real cause of the conflict,

 Ask the involved parties to suggest alternative solutions of handling the conflict,

Guide  the involved parties to enable them  settle to the best alternative of solution discussed,

write it up after they agree that is the best way to go

advice they to forgive each other and move on normally

Welcome the separation between the contestants and find out the reason behind the rivalry and give solutions to them, if the dispute is not resolved, they will meet each according to his words and give the best solution for them under the auspices of the commanding authority
