Staying in the job depends on productivity and quality at work

When you start as a fresher Usually at 23 - 24 years of age,stick with that company for 3 years, after that the second job should be 5 years to 7 seven years , 3rd job should also be 5 - 7 years, your fourth job should be 10 -15 years and you retire at a Senior Management level, GM, Director or CEO
