Between officer and employee, who contributes more in office work?

Strange question .

Its same as you ask someone how longs a mans leg should be?

and the best answer is just long enough to reach the ground.

Officer do the planning,monitoring,emplentation,evaluation and problem solving.Though officers donot work directly or physically but good management of officers contributes to achieve actual goals.On the other hand, without employee the officer would be like a leafless tree i,e functionless.So all office works and implentation directly done by employees.So, there is a equal contribution from both officers and employees.

Both of them need each other and work can't be done without their cooperation.

This question does not have any relevence.

employee! ...for office work , because officers is for management.
