How can you inform/submit your working progress to your upper offices?

I use the following ways to inform my working progress to my upper offices:

  • Sending or submitting hardcopy written report to upper offices as per prescribed proforma.
  • Sending or submitting softcopy written report to upper offices as per prescribed proforma using internet.
  • Informing urgent report to upper offices as per prescribed proforma via telephone or fax.
  • Representing oral report to upper offices as in formal meeting that arranged at regular interval.
