Physical interaction is more powerful than the virtual one because you are deal with the face to face
Both physical interaction and virtual interaction are powerful tools for getting a good business. If you are after the business EFFICIENCY, it is important to do more on interaction with customer via virtual method. But if you are after the EFFECTIVENESS of your plans and goals it is more important to interact with customers physically. First thing will be virtual interaction with customers and then followed by physical interaction.
Both physical and vitualinteaction would give us business efficiency feed back. But physical interaction gives more correct infomation as it is face to face.
I would say physical interaction is more powerful,,,cos it gives you more power to converse with your customer,,you can convince your customer more wen aving physical interaction through facial expression, gestures nd so on
physical interactions is the better
Depends upon the customer query and doubt and depth of the concern clearly depending upon the contact. Both physical and virtual interaction needed for the completion of customer satisfaction.First we need go for virtual contact without any delay then we willl move to the phyical communication with the cutomer.Fce to face interaction more effective for closing of the concern and will monve to deleted customers for our organiztion.
Physical interaction with customers is mostly the better option. However, if the person dealing with the customer is not trained well or lacks people skills, it may not be the best choice.
both are powerful during interaction with customer either physical or virtual.
Now, you see, with the greatest respect, this is not a good question. It doesn't really mean anything.
Words like "powerful" are always a warning sign. What is it you really want to get from the customers? And what do you mean by "business efficiency feedback?"
Be specific. Details matter. What you are trying to achieve? Why? How will you know if you have achieved it? If you succeed, what will be the benefit to the company? And how much is all this going to cost?
