If a staff works from Jan to Dec of a calender year with 6 months probation I.e till. Jun. How many days of leave he is entitled for that yeat?

He/She is eligible for 30 days paid leave and two way air ticket unless and until the company have different policy on air ticket. If the company don't have a policy of air ticket, anyways the employee is  eligible for 30 days paid leave after the completion of 11 months continues service with the employer.
