Yes, it is logic that a selection decision be made before medical examination, to avoid any medical check fees for calibers that will not join the organization.

I wish I was an expert in this category.  None the less, thank you for the invite.  I agree with Mr. Mahmoud.  There is never a good reason to throw away money.  I actually see the medical examination as the final steps in selection decission.  If you have one position to fill and two outstanding candidates, the results of the medical examination could be the ultimate factor in the decission.

There are many qauestion and conditions to accept the candidate, after that the candidate ready to take recruitment process to finished it, The Medical Examination is one of recruitment process.

if you make the examination before recruitment process may be the candidate not fit in question and job conditions
