I think even freshers have competencies and skill set that would set them apart which ideally should be highlighted in their carrer objectives so that employers dont just look at the education but a potential which can honed to suit the position and companies essence and values.
It is not how effective your objective is, do not try to write what you think some one else is looking for, simply be yourself, be honest, the best job is a job that fits with your personality.
If a job does not fit with your personality, you will not be happy and not perform in the way you would like to perform and could perform.
Your motivation is important and your motivation is personal and a part of you.
Now every manager must understand, and a good one does, that motivation is what is the most important thing in a successfull person, not only self motivation, but also appreciation which does give a very strong motivation.
Just be honest and be yourself.
His/ Her objectve should be depends upon getting new platforms to show his talents.
Any Fresh graduates who had realised his potentials , skills and focued on what he wants can effectively write his resume objective.
It will be excellent if both the fresh graduates and the companies they're appllying have very similar goals and objectives. Then they'd better reveal their passion and enthusiasm to job. It would be better if they can express their future plans and eagerness for success in this oppurtunity.
I think even freshers have the competency, skill sets and goals which they have preset that would set them apart from the rest of the lot, as they are more career oriented and wish to take up challenges to roles assigned which ideally should be highlighted in their career objectives so that employers dont just look at the education but a potential which can be honoured to suit the position and the company's essence and values.
Make their objective as specific and as tailored as possible to the needs of the organization. By having read the job description and doing research on the company, they’ll already get a good idea of who their ideal employee is. So, give it to them by positioning themselves properly.
I believe that your objective should always be kept simple. Basically it as if someone is asking you a simple question like 'what do you want to do?’ The reply should be simple and not overcomplicated, and most importantly, it shouldn’t be copied from internet.
You definitely have some qualities that can set you apart from others. Think deeply and ask people around you what they see qualities in you. This might help.
Try to be specific on what you are looking for as job. It will help you shape your CV accordingly.
Don’t be afraid to lose, or decline a job offer that doesn’t match you. You better spend some more time looking for something that fits you rather than taking first job offer.
Good luck.
