What are the most common employee relations issues? And how to come over them?

There are a number of factors that leads to create conflicts among employees, the most important of which:

  • Poor design of the organizational and administrative structure, which makes the work of staff overlapping and doubled, which generates tension and misunderstanding between employees.
  • Failure to apply the rules of procedure of the company to all employees, thats will make some employees feels injustice.
  • Unfair competition among employees.
  • Lack of appreciation of managers for staff efforts. This makes the employee feel frustrated and unwilling to do more work.
  • Lack of cooperation within the team members.
  • Uncomfortable psychological and social work environment.

The most common employee relation issue is :

  • When employee feel that their opinion doesn't matter
  • less wages in terms of workload
  • less communication between employees 
  • unhealthy office environment
  • carrer growth is unsatisfactory                                                                      TO OVERCOME THESE:
  • make a good communicating environment where employees feel free to give their opinions and share their problem regarding anything

Two major reason for leaving the Jobs as per my view is

1: No Job Satisfaction in terms of career growth which is mostly governed by monetary reimbursement 

2: Healthy and flexible workplace

labor relations problems always depend on the leader or director, who has not succeeded or been able to control his employees, or else

Some team members work harder than others.

A colleague does not dare to take his place.

The team is not working efficiently.

The major employe relation issue will be of different type of concepts with different visualization this can be overcome by making other person to understand
