As far as your qualification and experience is concerned, they can only help you to get shortlisted and will take you to the interview. A degree from Harvard institution can never guarantee a job till you proove your worth during the interview. In interview we normally evaluate attitude, values of that person, adaptability, approach towards decision making and interest in that field.

Every employee should have the quality to make a positive rhythm with his/her employer. Need to remember that good relationship does not mean you are oiling your supervisor, rather, it means you have sufficient knowledge to tackle any situation by professional manner and finally, your career growth will reach the peak.
