wen working in a micro company or a small size company . we wold love to create a family feeling environment so every one wold feel a part of this company and nut just as an employee . but some times we loos the professional level and scene of responsibility . how can we have boat
Size of an organisation as well as its culture matters, whether it wants to maintain a family environment amongst its members or not..If the intent is strong, then a free flowing culure will develop, which would ensure that colleagues lead a motivating working life, helping each other and growing the organisation. If the size of the company is small, its quite easy to manage the same, whereas in case of big conglomerates, department wise/or sub department wise the said brotherhood feeling can be developed.Even if the new incumbant has come from a different environment,he/she gels into the culture present and becomes one with all..Small activities, such as regular interaction sessions with staff, unlike one big Annual Family Get together/ Picnic is what ensures the 'Family feeling'..As long as Roles and Responsibilities are clearly defined, and Work parameters are kept sacrosanct ,mutual respect will come by irrespective of hierarchical differences..At the onset we should keep in mind that, these are Humans who runs the show, and they are made of flesh and blood--have emotions and family to look after. Not all days are same, but if culture of mutual respect is there, people ae bound to thrive and help each other grow.
