some of your weakness will be good for the company. for example , trying for perfection sometimes.find the qualities which are positive from the point of view of the employer but hard to achieve from your point of view.
As a human being, I also have weakness but i think these are not major because these are just only hurdles before starting a new work. As i am fully confident about my self so these weaknesses does not make any impact on my determination.
I hang on too long on everything till its get eliminated. I consider my weakness to be impatience; since I can't keep things on hold for a long time and unanswered. I can't digest illlogical reasoning and thing can't be proved in practice.
If your question is related to practical and working field I might say that I am too picky and most of the time non-flexible in decisions I make.
