Well, in my opinion.... if recruiter ask me I have to give answer e.g:

• I can't leave my employees achive alone, and I have to put my hand in, even this is not my call.
• Many times I use my heart instead of my mind.
• Sometimes I overloading on myself.

but anyway candidate should give a truth answer

some of your weakness will be good for the company. for example , trying for perfection sometimes.find the qualities which are positive from the point of view of the employer but hard to achieve from your point of view.

As a human being, I also have weakness but i think these are not major because these are just only hurdles before starting a new work. As i am fully confident about my self so these weaknesses does not make any impact on my determination.

The best answer should be dependant on the interviewee him/herself. Some people might consider a trait as a weakness point, and it is, until it is deployed to practice. I used to consider my attachment to people or being emotional as a weakness but that's because it was not a part of my character at work, when I accepted it I was able to deliver to beneficiaries the services better than before and built a bond with other emplyees as well. The point is that you should state your weakness depending on who you are, because a weakness could be a trait in the right department.

I hang on too long on everything till its get eliminated. I consider my weakness to be impatience; since I can't keep things on hold for a long time and unanswered. I can't digest illlogical reasoning and thing can't be proved in practice.

If your question is related to practical and working field I might say that I am too picky and most of the time non-flexible in decisions I make.

Be honest, and admit what is your weakness, and then provide an explanation of what you have done and how you have overcome this using the STAR approach.

My Weakness is Myself,  and my Strength is i am recovering from the Weakness Fast...

Dear Majd We are born with equal strength & weakness , situation determines the motivation to strife harder , as such mundane issues brings out complacency. It's not to answer directly but to make the interviewer to self reflect as well.
