Thanks for invitation,
Despite that retirement age is considering / determined by law,but I do believe that, as long as the human being has his own mintal and fiscal abilities to be positively share and be benefit to the community he has to do so, disregarding any returning money / income.
though the question looks easy but is real tough in detail, i will still try.
I feel, the age of retirement of a personnel can be different from each other, but as soon as you let your detailings go vanish, you should take retirement from your working/doing.
being young, one might not be able to explore the way or insights of what has been going aound him/her, but as soon as they start growing in maturity, they realises, that they had never been those young, which they actually felt they were.
the age of retirement has to be the day when you start reacting to others on their proven flourish doings, or when you sounds like everyone needs to obey you, or, when you stop smiling on things/doings around you and resembles like a literature.
Thanks
I strongly support my colleague Mr. Ashraf's answer
Retirement is not a question to think about and it is because when one is able to think and act for himself or herself, he or she can still continue to work well.
When health issues interfieres with life then it is necessary to think of retiring, because of the difficulties one will face in performance levels.
A person can still continue to work for themselves when the retirement age is near or the law applies itself. It is the experience and skills they have learned along the way that they can put to use and help other younger generation to achieve and meet their goals to a ripe old age and be a satisfied individual.
A teacher gains this very well because they can be of help always to the children of tomorrow and citizens of the world. office staff also can be of greater use to companies with their experience and Assessors can be of help to career oriented groups to achieving their goals no matter what age.
If you can breath and able to stand up and be conscious, you should stay working, your working hours might not be as hard as you were younger, nor the long stay working hours, but your experience knowledge sharing and expanding work data flow must not be shut down till your last breath.
it is the age of contentment. when you are not worrying about what to eat tomorrow while doing and sharing today what you love, mentoring and establishing a legacy to the next generation.
As I am Still 40 years old I can answer with my expectation only.
If the health is good, the mind is clean, in my own business and love what I am doing then there is no time for retirement, I may reduce my working hours.
Based on the above situation but I am an employee then I prefer to retire at any time after 55. to open the door to other people, and to keep what remain from my health
Now at my age of 51, there is nothing I found to get retired in myself. I am running my team and working 9-10 hours daily as I was doing 10 years back. So I am still young and energetic in boby, mind and capacity.
hf you lose your reason to wake up and make change in the world around you and getting things dun . you have no reason to wake up
When I became incapable of giving and developing myself and then not being able to develop the working environment
i think it does not depened on age , we can feel when and why we should retire . i have seen people thier ages over than 40 , and they are working better than ages 20 in same position .
i think each one of us has specific factors those detemine when , and why we retire .
