firstly i would have spoken to my staff in a polite manner so as not to make his confident level down would have listin to his issues whether it is co staff or the work perssure, would try to give him a allocation where the is not much work pressure just for a start to boost more of him confidence.
Meet with staff promptly, hear the concerns and address the concerns as soon as possible to achieve a win - win situation where possible.

its necessary to organise regular meetings , take one on one interactions with the staffs to identify if they are encountering any kind of problems and why they are not performing as epected and when such problems are identified, analysize to find suitable solutions to the kinds of problems.
The staff is obviously very important for the company. So I would like to survey regularly and diminish all the doubts they all have through meeting or anything else.
I will try to overcome that abnormilities and encounter them with uniformly to secure my company and mates also.
