Thank you for the invitation.

As a sub-ordinate, I have a duty towards my company and my manager.  Our boss is the best man on the job, he is skilled and resourceful, honest and has integrity, respects staff, shares information for the benefits of the staff, knowledgeable and enjoys working with us (co-ordinates well).

I will respect my manager (boss) on the floor and during office hours. Outside office hours, he is our friend.   I will look to him for his honesty and as a great mentor and guide in our every routine.  I will be loyal to him in all his endeavours and support him when he needs me to do so.  I will be open with him when he needs to change his ways so that this sharing will help him know the difference between right and wrong.  Gossip will not be my goal.  Taking action when something is in-appropriate.(communicate with him in writing or verbal).

I will do my job to the best of my abilities and if there is any requirements/needs to be addressed I will keep him updated so that I can be skilled when they need me to be.

If I would be my subordinate and I have to tell what I would say about me?

Hmm this would not be 100% objective, as ofcourse I would think as me, anyway I know I am straight forward, fair and honest, though that does not always make me an easy person.

As I am honest, it also means that I am honest when the situation is not that nice, so as such I could be considered tough, strickt and not very political.

I am the kind of leader that will say what has to be said, regardless if other people like it or not, motivation of people is important, but motivation has to be based in my eyes on a 100% honest approach, only than it has real value.
