When someone make a mistakes in a team Not all leader take all responsibilities to take good results. it will take all responsibilies by all the whole team. The leader must colaborate to the team to get good results.

Competency among team members and less projects are one  among the reasons of lack of teamwork in an effective team. Individuals focusing on thier own goals than focusing on the common goals creating a negative work amosphere as well. Leader is not the reason for this failure all the time but he/she should proactively collaberate with the team to cope up this and set the goals accordingly.
