It is very delicate question. Completing the task my self will teach me new things and will let me strive to achieve it. whereas if someone else does that for me it means i wont be exploring anything new.

Thanks for invitation,

Maybe you will save time and some efforts, but meanwhile, you will definitely lose to have any good mangers from your assistants in the very near future.

an effective manager has a good communication plan. there are problems that require collaboration or dealt with single-handedly.  in the spirit of teamwork, succession planning and quality mentoring, the manager has an effective way of managing and controlling communication. it always goes with the saying - "no man is an island".

Actually if you solve problems by yourself without involve your assistants, you will face some of the following:

  • you will get tired.
  • your assistants will not get enough experience.
  • you might get wrong decisions.
  • you will lose your main object by sinking into minor subjects.
  • you will be too busy all the time.
  • your employees will used to be lazy and careless.
