How can the general conditions of work and the organization of time reduce the rate of absenteeism?

Thanks for asking , if the work environement is well organised , implemented with best equipments that make the work easier and where employee feel comfortable and can express himself , so then going to work would be an interesting daily activity 

Good conditions, Healthy environment, with a good organisation culture will reduce the absentees.
