The necessity of refresher training is a must. Pre and post go-live of any EPR, PAS or Bespoke software. The end user may have had classroom tuition with several colleagues, however may have been left behind in the process of learning the functionality of the system or quite simply not grasped the concept of the session.

Therefore refresher training in small groups or 1:1 is ideal reinforcing the previous learning and filling in any of the blanks that the delegate may have. I use and advocate refresher training if a colleague has been on maternity, long term sick or is on rotation.

Thanks for invitation,

Refreshing training is mandatory, mainly to raise productivity, and to be fully aware of the latest applications or innovations in the industry.
