Yes... you need either one of them to work in UAE..When you visiting UAE you will be on visiting visa which have a validation of 3 month..Before that you have to get a job and acquire a work visa which will provided by your company.

If you want to work in u a e must you need to have proper documentation . Then you can apply online or any u a e embassy.you need viled passport for traval ticket visa copy.
