Experience in the job is a preferred to a degree without exoerience. A personnel who has acquired the required skills and competence in the job would be able to understand the task and perform the job at hand faster and effeciently and save time management and requires no reguarly supervision and follow up.
Degree without experience would need to undergo alot of practicals in the field to capture the task at hand, perform, incur more time to learn in the field, requires regular follow up and supervision to fully grap the know how.

always prefer related degree...Experience is always based on kind of previous work or the manager you worked under, cannot trust same policy to adapted in every company and gaining experience related knowledge doesnt require lot of time, a proper training will help to cover, in contrast education have a wider discipline you generate yourself. Though in decison making jobs or higher position i prefere to have degree and experience.
