Why should you be flexible and avoid stubbornness when choosing a path to solve problems?

"Tunnel vision" is an obstacle in finding and evaluating all possible answers to any issue.

• Interaction with variables
• Add adjustments
• Modify the path if necessary

What is reflected in the problem, for example

• Quickly solve the problem
• Reduce the cost of the solution
• Take advantage of the problem in some cases

may be ur way is the best but let the others collaborate with you too . people need to feel thay are not ignored. i think it is important to be open to other ways too. the way you consider a problem is usually one sided we need others heads to cover whole dimensions of a problem.

I think the answer is already in the question! "to solve problem" 

people who are objective look at results and not the means.

Because it will allow you to see things from different perspective allowing you to ultimatley reach atleast a better solution (if not the best) in relation to being someone with fixed mindset. opportunites for growth / development will also occur as a chain reaction.
