Cooperation and establish relationships and love
Competition in the workplace is very healthy, it increase the imployees efficiency and business improvement. Yet, this competition shouldn't be distructive so that it turn to be damaging the team spirit and starting to spread the feeling of superiority. The team should all be coopertaive.
In case there is a feeling of supremacy, I believe it is the manager's responsibility to sort it out through engaging the employees in team tasks and evaluations and stress on the team deliverables and not individual deliverables inorder to engrave the team spirit. Also, it is necessary to design jobs for all employees that stimulate each employees skills and allow him/her a chance to glow.
It is important you cooperate with them and ensure you give them their space if they are doing their own things.Avoid conjesting them,it pulls them away from you.

Dealing officialy helps in maintaining the respect among the co-workers and this ultimatley becomes profitable in terms of output in a team/organization.
if you mean here supremacy that your co-workers better than you! then work triple harder than they do and you will reach them in no time and you be the supremacy.if you mean it as they have authority over you stay calm without letting this effect your emotion nor performance. do your work before deadline work hard. and one day you will be in the top.
