The answer is not going to fit in a sentence; we got to consider a few things with this regards.

- is it a problem? a challenge? or it's an opportunity?

- after confirming on which of the above fits the objective, we'll need to make a list of possible solutions and/or responses to the event etc.

- estimate cons and pros or costs and benefits etc for the solutions

- choose he best candidate
