1- mark the conflicts, disclose it to management & make the decision on the basis of your company's policy, local (govt.) & international standards of project's nature.

Answer: BExplanation: Any time there's a conflict of interest, it's your duty to disclose it to your company. After that, you should always proceed based on your company's policies. If there are no specific policies about that, then make sure that the conflict does not affect your decisions
