Hi Mohsin
hope you are doimng well !
If I understood your question clearly, from my point of view and my past experience I can see that, there is no choices in your question as you should retaining the existing customer and working in parallel to acquiring new ones? Both of them are more advantages in same time. How you will achieve your target?
you can work with the formula of 70/30 which is mean 70% of your time should be spend it to find new customer and 30% to keep your current customers fully satisfied .
Believe me you can spend months to gain one customer and you can lose him in a second.
What I need to highlight is, might today with your current company you have the option to quit with one customer but think for tomorrow, which might be in another place and you find yourself that you need those customers whom you quit with them before … in the other hand the existing customers is more than important when you are going to open new ones, Just imagine when you are going to meet new customer and you have been asked from the new one about your current customer! Moreover if the new customer asked you to give him the contact details for your existing customer to get more information about the quality of your products or servise
I think you got what I need to say ...
Regards
Hadi
