Customer Service is the utmost responsibility of any service provider individual or services company, which means understanding the need of the customer, providing the best possible product, solution or service which fulfills the customer's requirement well before time and in an efficient way so that the downtime is minimized as much as possible. Try to put yourself in the boot of your customer and identify the need in its true sense by asking as many sensible and relevant questions about the product or services, as you can. Keep a very strong follow up until the customer is satisfied to get the wanted product or services from you. Don't forget your customer after selling your product or services, also get the feedback and response in order to bring betterment, reliability and innovation in your Product/ Service.
