Tool that requires to measure a brand ususally are both common and complex, first and foremost you need to define your brands perosonality and identity, simplified as choice and perception is the phase 1,  Postioning and segmentation, phase 2 and awareness, emotional connectivity, accessibity, relevance and value in phase 3, Reach, Engagement and Action as your final phase.. All of above can be analused under their impacts, metrics and measurements to arrive at a score card thats more realisitic overall measurement of a brand's impression.

There are some tools to get the brand feedback from your customer as following :

1 - Customer feedback survey through online questionnaire.

2 - Website feedback.

3 - Social media.

4 - Live chat.

7 - Usability tests (highly recommended especially in some technical fields & I’ve used it effectively before in plastic pipes field with plumbers).
