Person who is designated to monitor the risk, and implement the defined risk response. Generally, if the Risk owner is involved in identifying or analyzing or defining the response plan, action being taken on the risk will be more effective. Hence Option A is the right choice.

Answer: AExplanation: Every risk should have a risk owner listed in the register. That person is responsible for keeping the response plan up to date and make sure the right actions are taken if the risk does occur.
