Dear Mr. Nadjib,1st of all i would like to thank you for your question. 2nd to answer your question i will follow these steps and plan in order to prepare for Hajj season effectively: 1-I will collect as much data as i can regarding the number of Hujjaj, there names, ages, genders, nationalities, phone numbers and emergency numbers for emergencies, their reservations details like the date of their arrivals and departures, hotels and houses that they will stay in .......etc. 2- I will allocate number of hotels and houses where they will stay in. 3- Diveded them into groups based on a criteria i will choose(for example:nationalities, or hotels or....etc). 4-create work teams and train them on a specific basic procedures , knowledge that they all should know for example: Health &saftey ,first aid, how to deal with Hujjaj starting from airport recepion, finishing their passports procedures, their loggages, transportation during Haj from & to the Holy places till their departure. 5-Assign each workteam to one of the above mentioned groups and provide them with specific information of the assigned group for example (their customs ,traditions, their languages and how to translate information for them....) 6-Each workteam also should know the history of the Holy places & information about the Hajj process to review it with their specfic groups of Hujjaj . This is a some how a detailed process , i hope i could add value to your appreciated information. Best Regards, M.S.
