1. Participative - you involve people and subordinates
2. Sharing and collaborating - you help colleagues in times of difficulty
3. Transparent - you will not tolerate concealing / withholding info, and always be open and transparent
4. Energetic - you hate to sulk and brood, you like to create an atmosphere where people in your team and around you are happy, smiling and positive.
I should be my self and work harder with my task to accomplish issue and no work backlog,i see to it that im happy with my job or environment that help the work in success with the help of the team.
My working style is adaptable. Personally, I would like to work alone but with my current education I am pursuing I have identified I can work in teams and even lead the team.
I can work for flexible hours or even at a strech depending on type of work. I feel nervous to work in something that is out of box but once I try I can excel in it. Sometimes, I require a push if its something extra otherwise I give my best.
