What would be an ideal work environment for you?

Dear Ms. Alia,

Thanks for your question, my opinion regarding the ideal work environment is that an employee should be:

1-Paid Well.

2-Mentored.

3-Chaleenged.

4-Involved.

5-Appreciated.

6-Valued.

7-Empowered.

8-Trusted.

• Where everyone feels they have a real purpose for being there.
• A place where people are motivated, empowered, and truly believe in the mission statement of the company. 
• A place where everyone works together toward a common goal, and where groups and individuals are recognized for their efforts and everyone is treated fairly.

Ideal Work Environment would definitely first start with full postiive vibes and smiling faces. A place to work like a second home. A place where everything is properly organized and structured. An environment where people dont backbite each other and if any difference of opinon then give on the face. 

I believe that's ideal work environment comes when company's values are totally defined and clear to all employees so all company's stakeholders have the same motive to work towards the shared vision.

Well Ma'am, for me an ideal work environment should be a place full of positive vibes. It doesn't have to be complete with all the latest amenities, etc., it just have to be filled with workers who bring out the best of every one. Because if the workers enjoy with what they are doing, then I believe that the work environment becomes a paradise for them...a paradise of good opportunities not only for career growth but for personal enhancement as well.

I am of opinion that a supervisor can supervise many teams doing different tasks to accomplish job completion. Where as a team leader is a member of the team leading a specific team to complete a specific tasks. For example a Site supervisor on a Civil site will take control of the site to complete a build job. The different team leaders will report to him with their teams activity's and progress. This teams could be  an electrical team, build team, water reticulation team ext.  if an additional electrical team is needed it will then have its own team leader responsible for that team.

At my past years,I have worked in avariety of enviornements and i have learned more skills that i am ready to bring to the next level.I am sure i can make difference in my next work place.

1. If the employee feels that the work place is her/his second home;

2. If the employee is increasing sales, or achieving targets within the time;

3. If the employee is practicing sports with colleagues;

4. If the employee is motivated to come earlier to work;

5. If the employee is receiving thankful cards from the manger and CEO;

6. If the employee is getting internal promotions...

For me this will definitely be the ideal work environment :-)

An environment where each employee is respected, paid well, and rewarded appropriately, where the ambience, even colour and facilities are as per the job, role and comfort of the employees. Where there is constant interaction with the higher management and where all employees can easily see each other, interact and also get some time to unwind to the extent they can take a break for meal, gym, indoor games, or even a nap. Where the highest manager is a good counselor as well. Where there are work ethics and human morality defined and implemented. Targets are chosen and an open formula to give salary increment and rewards commensurate to efforts and results.
