An incident with Paypal and Amazon operating in co-ordination with purchase and paying of services offered was uncomfortable at a point where when a person paid for the good and then returned it due to some problem but Paypal paid them back and then on taking a double payment from the person who delivered the good and when asked for a payback to the account they made the person wait for over 6 months but with constant writing and asking and providing the proof of paying the amount to paypal they finally consented to putting the money back in the account but at what cost of waiting and this is what big organisation do, even when it is their fault so it was poor service on their part and dis-satisfaction on the person concerned, hope that this organisation does not do this to anyone else in the future it is only because speaking up made it possible for a payback into the account.
