I will review the proposed change/s and compare to the overall approved program and analyze the impact base on time and cost including product quality. There are cases if you make a crash program it will increase the cost tremendously because it will affect your resources, e.g manpower, equipment and materials. Consider if the cost increase is justified that it will not affect the Contractor's cash flow and the owner/client shall not issue an (additional) change order.

I have separate view. I have to study following :

1. Will this change affect quality?

2. Will this change need amendment in the scope of work

3. Will this change increase the cost?

4. And finally will this change generate additional revenue.

Will hear completely the approached change then carryout an initial reliability analyzes then share it with the team to see their point of view and besides its risk also will be evaluated then if it is found feasible without affecting the cost and completely abiding with the scope of the project then no issues to proceed with the new proposed change.

In reality and in general, these types of changes will affect either cost or quality of work or may be both, so you should do a quick VE analysis to list the pros and cons of this change, and see what will be the major benefit to the project to complete it a month earlier, and this is also depends on the type of the project and the entity/person who onws it.

D: It is important to communicate the optional change to the key roleplayers to ensure something is not missed when looking at the change from a different perspective. What may be a benifit from one angle may be counterproductive from another.

Answer: DExplanation: Just because the change will help the project's timeline doesn't mean that it will be an overall benefit to the project. It's important to check how the project will impact the other two constraints as part of your change request. Once you know all the facts about the change, the change control board can make an informed decision about how to proceed.

Check all impacts on scope and costs before writing any change request. If the overall project is not negatively impacted, then write the change request.

D.Figure out the impact on th scope of the work and the cost before you write up the change request.

I should first analyse whether the change is possible and what benefit or harm it can cause based on cost, time and several factors.

if it is benefitting than will request for the approval for the change.
