Customer centricity is a mindset every type of business can adopt. It means looking at all that you sell, service and launch in terms of products and devices with the customer view, impact and usability considered. Customers like things to be easy and simple, use front line staff to test things out and listen to their feedback. Use client focus groups to learn your client's pain points with your company, then fix the common issues raised if it is feasible.
