As a Recruitment Manager, would you conduct exit interviews only with good employees who resigned or also with the under performing ones?

In my opinion I would conduct all exit employees irrespective of good or bad performance. It will help me to have companies image in the eyes of the customers.

As an HR manager I have to ask everyone and interviewing everyone, it might be there is hidden things behind their resignings ( Good and under performing ones)

as an hr manager of course i have to ask each and every employee leaving the company for exit enterview , because sometimes we can earn valuable information from other view or prespective

Resignation interviews are conducted for the good employee to find out the reasons for his resignation to assist in the modification of what is going on in the recruitment system
