Regards .
i will give percentage
30 % for courses &70 % Experience and attitude
Experience is always an addition to your abilities and sales courses do help in enhancing the skills or introducing new tactics but however a good sales person is the one who is confident and innovative. Somebody with extraordinary convincing skills, listening skills, enthusiasm, and most of all persuasive. And that is something natural. It can be polished with both experience and courses.
So the answer is that both mediums are good to polish a sales person's skills.
Eexperinace it make you a salesman, but to be a good salesman you need course, training, it will help you to focus and guide you to be the best
sales courses can be a help however, actual experience and perseverance of an individual are the paramount important
Sales is a talent, but courses will help a better focus and a clearer vision.
What would help is a presentation course since it helps how to control voice tone, eye contact and body language; this way the salesman optimizes at what he is selling
Thanks for invitation,
I do believe that to be a good salesman you have to be talented, in addition to improve this talent by training courses in order to build a very good experience in your career, i.e you need all of (Talent + training +Exprtience)
Updating yourself with new techniques and trends is important too. Experience with updated knowledge makes you perfect.
