Simply Procurement Focus on the measurements and specifications process of purchasing goods and steps we shall follow and why we are procuring item not another from same category , related with timing , Budget,pricing and quality .

 

Logistics : is the way it reaches you along with all intersected stakeholders, warehousing, shipping and tracking goods you choose according to the planned budget , timing and quality of purchased goods.
