How important is to draft before writing a literary piece?

its important too much to draft what the person write, in fact i write sometimes in the internet and try to draft but the internet start being slow, but the person who working in a literary piece will use the word program at the most, and he have to keep looking on what he wrote, its very important and will make bad view for the work without this point.
