What would you do if you feel as an employee that your needs and rights are being ignored?

Will see if theres any compliance procedure. Communication with line manager will benifit as well.

The first step is to understand why it is ignored. I can enquire it through the proper mail to respected personal why it is happening. Through that only we can find a proper solution to get my right and needs without causing any situation.

first i will communicate with Human resource authority ,i will make understand that each employee must get their needs and rights from the employer.

to icrease the loyalty for employee the orginaztion or any company must built policy and procdures and built rewarrd system ang reconizaion to improve the quailty for both(orginazation and employee)

I will do whatever posblity for company,  apart form myjpb

inform to the management and shown the documents for proof and impliment my rights.

You must first be honest with yourself why you have been ignored and then you will discover your weaknesses and develop from yourself so that you do not take this obstacle in your field

I raise this matter on upper management explaining in accordance with company rules and regulations

I should talk to my employer about ethics and rights of the employee

I will be quit and waiting for Management decision
