Hi

These days after passing all the main manual work to info systems human interference mainly on decision making in a logistics field. To make good decision based the past experiences are vital so experience one is suitable.

But if you have a plan to expand or to do re-engineering the logistics process, then the experienced person will be more reluctant to change on it and adaptability is less.

on the other hand the qualified guy could be more methodical and adoptable.

choose based on your long term or short term plans.

Cheers.

This can be a good choice but in addition to experience must have this person possess the necessary skills, because with the disappearance of experience, the importance of the academic record of the individual is shown, and vice versa.
