Always right with the customer, definitely the employer's work policies will be a priority, and creating a sense of product belonging to the customer will be the next step.We definitely need to know what we want or not to do, we need to make customer-orientation a priority.

Over the years, the major concerns I have had are with:

  1. Marketers lack of consistency over a period of time, ensuring that every contact point with the customer is similar and consistent in experience
  2. Fear is another factor, where the slightest dip pushes companies/marketers to start questioning and reconsidering
  3. Not providing the right resources to ensure marketing success - brand building requires investment in time and money
