1) Good Time Management so all are at workplace in time and remain occupied in given tasks. Make it a companywide habit for timely delivery of work be it manufacture, quality, or marketing etc.

8) Commitments to customers are important whether customer is internal or external so organisation must inculcate culture that commitments given must be adhered to be it time, zero defect manufacturing , superior quality and with easy to finance options.
9) All employees must be concerned with providing best service matching the investment made by customer in terms of product quality, service quality.
10) Organisations must prefer to work with motto for reasonable profits without allowing organisation to be seen by others as greedy for profits.
