In simple words, it is like chewing a small sharp pin, but if you believe and you have a unique offering to this world, it will eventually be a success

Capital. As much as I didn't want to hear this term and though i'd be ok without it, but initial capital is always required; but that's just my experiance. 

Capital resources - Having the capital to start, get inventory, and get you through the first 6 months are critical.   

Staff - having the right people with you at the start and througout the life cycle of the business are important.

Depending on the type of business - products, location and sustainablitly are also key.

The basic need for small-scale projects and the complex procedures imposed by enterprises on small and medium enterprises make it difficult to take any The procedure to invade the market even if you have a good idea you find regulations and laws are very complex, especially that the employee.
