It depends upon the type of interview and the interaction between the interviewer and interviewee.some candidates are smart workers , some are hardwoking and some are most intelligent.
Finding a balance between the employee's and the employer's interests to create a competitive environment in the labor marketز
Its based on what type of position is vacant and how type of job description and job specification is required. because right person for right position at the right with right skills is very fruitful for that org. so its vary no doubt how that position required by the company is measureable by recruiter.
I believe that recruiter should focus on achievements in the field as each sector missions and objectives are different from the other. Then we can look if the qualifications align or fit with the job requirements and the experience in the field where the person applied for is playing an important role as well. Sometimes, the experience is more crucial than the qualification because it teaches the person how to overcome challenges through incidents that happened during day time job.
I THINK THAT THE RECRUITER SHULD FOCUS ON ACHIEVMENT IN THE FIELD AS EACH SECTER MISSION IS DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS
attitude of candidate is the first interview qualification.
Depend on the person's functional criteria and scientific qualifications
It depend on the recruitment's criteria and the recruiters' qualifications so the more activities that give feedback about the candidates the difference will come.
